Full job description

Custom Lawn Care is a well-established, family-owned and operated full-service landscape company proudly serving residential and commercial customers in Saskatoon and the surrounding area. 2026 marks our 40th year in business, and we’re continuing to grow our team!

We are currently hiring full-time landscapers/labourers to join our crew for the upcoming season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Landscape construction and installation
  • Raking and shoveling topsoil, mulch, and aggregates
  • Installation of irrigation systems
  • Planting trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials
  • Sod installation
  • Installation of paving stones and retaining walls
  • General site clean-up and other related labour tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Physically capable of performing manual labour in outdoor conditions
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
  • Long-term year round workers

No prior experience is necessary—on-site training will be provided.
