  • Partner with Franchise owners and management to recruit, develop, retain, and succession plan high-performing teams.
  • Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategic action plans to achieve district goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including sales, labour, inventory, shrink, and profitability, taking proactive action when needed.

  • Travel throughout your district up to 75% of the time, providing in-store coaching, leadership, and support while fostering strong relationships with your teams.
  • Lead with accountability while creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
  • Expected to be in our Mississauga office 1-2 days per week for key meetings with internal stakeholders.

Who You Are

You're a people-first leader who believes great business results come from developing great people.

You align with our corporate values:

Start with the Power of You: You lead with confidence, accountability, and integrity. You inspire trust through your actions and take ownership of developing high-performing leaders.

Every Interaction Matters: You understand that every conversation, with clients, Store Managers, and support partners is an opportunity to build relationships and strengthen our culture.

Make It Memorable: You celebrate success, recognize achievements, and create experiences that inspire loyalty from both customers and employees.

More Than Just Beauty: You believe beauty is about confidence, connection, and creating positive experiences in every salon.

Commit to Grow and Learn: You're passionate about coaching others, embracing change, and continuously improving both yourself and your teams.

What You Bring
