What You'll Be Doing:

Build and aggressively grow your territory by developing relationships with growers and key decision-makers

Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts

Sell LaSalle Fertilizer products by delivering value, service, and crop nutrition solutions that improve farm profitability

Spend time where business is won in the field, on the farm, and face-to-face with customers

Negotiate and close profitable sales while building long-term customer loyalty

Consistently exceed sales targets and grow market share

Manage your customer pipeline, forecasts, and follow-up activities using CRM systems

Work closely with operations to ensure customers receive exceptional service and on-time deliveries

Become the trusted fertilizer advisor producers rely on season after season

What We're Looking For:

Proven success in agricultural sales with a track record of consistently outperforming expectations

Experience selling fertilizer, crop inputs, seed, equipment, grain services, or other agricultural products is strongly preferred

Relentless drive to win new business and grow market share

Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage your own territory

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills

Highly competitive, self-motivated, and results-focused

Strong understanding of modern crop production and the needs of today's growers

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
