At Anstett Jewellers, we are seeking a creative and detail oriented Visual Merchandiser & Sales Leader who will enhance both our customer experience and retail strategy—bridging the gap between merchandising, product knowledge, and daily operational flow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent organizational skills and will play a key role in shaping the store’s visual identity and ensuring that merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards and marketing strategies. As a key leader on the sales floor, you’ll drive visual brand performance and ensure that every customer interaction reflects our mission of exceptional customer experience.

You are the backbone of the store’s daily rhythm—ensuring merchandise is in the right place, at the right time, and looking its best. You have an interest and passion on up to date fashion and luxury brands, and are social media savvy. Whether customer facing, receiving deliveries, setting up stunning displays, or restocking shelves with care, your attention to detail and efficiency will create a luxury shopping experience that’s organized, welcoming, and jewellery focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a 5-Star welcoming customer experience, maintain positive and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Perform hands-on visual merchandising, including display setup, window and in-store signage
• Assist with daily store setups, take-downs, merchandising updates, and rollout of display initiatives
• Assist in communicating merchandising updates and ensuring follow-through with store team
• Support the implementation of in-store marketing materials, signage, and display elements
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, merchandising techniques, and retail store layout strategies.
• Assist with mirroring social media promotions to in-store and window displays
• Perform other related sales duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in retail sales, visual merchandising, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail with a good sense of visual presentation
• Comfortable performing hands-on work, including fixture setup and physical tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and assisting with the movement and installation of displays
• Follow planograms, refresh displays, counters to maintain visual appeal
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful merchandise selection guidance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working and shopping environments

Training & Compliance

• Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on jewellery trends and company initiatives
• Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability
