In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment during evening and overnight hours. You will play a crucial role in maintaining store organization, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with product demonstrations and sales. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate processing of sales.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Handle inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products to customers.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Must be able to work overnight shifts consistently.
