WEST HAWK MARINE LTD. & FALCON BEACH AUTO AND TOWING
West Hawk Marine Ltd. & Falcon Beach Auto and Towing serve customers throughout Winnipeg, Southeast Manitoba and Northwest Ontario.
West Hawk Marine Ltd. provides a comprehensive range of marine, powersports and automotive products and services. With locations in Winnipeg, the Whiteshell region and Lac du Bonnet, they offer sales, service, and support for a wide selection of boats, powersports vehicles, e-bikes, and related equipment, backed by experienced technicians dedicated to keeping customers on the water and on the road.
Falcon Beach Auto and Towing provides 24/7 towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, fleet support, and site clean-up services. Equipped to handle everything from routine breakdowns to complex heavy-duty recoveries, their highly trained team delivers prompt, professional service with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer care. Whether serving recreational enthusiasts, motorists, commercial fleets, or emergency recovery needs, they are committed to providing dependable solutions and exceptional service year-round.
POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for an experienced Sales Professional
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our in-house sales and service team at our Lac Du Bonnet location. Our sales and service team is comprised of experienced professionals who specialize in marine and powersports.
Brief Summary of the Positions' Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting boats, ATVs, personal watercraft, and other powersports products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, accessories, financing, and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and warranties.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate sales, and complete sales paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to develop relationships and close sales.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, parts, service, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- automotive or marine/powersports environment
Required Experience, Education and Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in an automotive or marine/powersports environment.
- Required: A Valid Class 5F driver's license.
- Required: Clear Criminal Record Check.
- Required: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Preferred: Education or formal training in sales is considered an asset.
