We are seeking an SAP Technical Lead to drive technical architecture, system conversion, and platform transformation activities across SAP S/4HANA programs. The role will provide leadership across BASIS, environment management, release governance, cutover execution, infrastructure coordination, and technical delivery.

• Lead SAP BASIS and technical transformation activities for SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion programs.
• Define technical architecture, environment strategy, and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Govern transports, release management, technical cutover, and system conversion execution.
• Lead performance monitoring, optimization, and platform stability initiatives.
• Collaborate with SAP, security, infrastructure, and implementation partner teams.
• Support disaster recovery, system availability, backup, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
• Provide leadership during testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for SAP transformation programs.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
