Job Description

Logik Roofing & Insulation is a growing company looking for an experienced Attic Insulation Crew Leader to run residential jobs across the GTA and throughout Ontario.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for managing a crew, completing installs, and ensuring jobs are done efficiently and to a high standard.

This position requires travel across Ontario, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an attic insulation crew on job sites
  • Perform and oversee air sealing / draft-proofing
  • Install blown insulation, batt & poly, and blanket insulation
  • Ensure job quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site

Compensation & Benefits

  • $30+/hour (based on experience)
  • Production bonuses (earn more based on performance)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in attic insulation
  • Strong knowledge of air sealing, blown insulation, batt & poly & blanket insulation
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a crew
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Comfortable working in attics and physically demanding environments
  • Must be willing to travel across Ontario and stay out of town when required

Assets (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Roofing experience
  • Experience installing roof vents
  • Ability to complete minor roof repairs

Location

  • Shop based in Oshawa, ON
  • Work across the GTA and throughout Ontario
