Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking experienced Flat Roofing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support construction, maintenance, and other labor-intensive activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and moving materials as required.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality work is performed consistently.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed.
  • Experience with TPO, EPDM and MOD-BIT roofing applications
