As the GTA Manager Float, you are the driving force behind the store’s success. You lead daily operations, champion exceptional customer service, and develop a high-performing, engaged team. Through your leadership, you cultivate a positive and inclusive store culture, foster team growth, and ensure the business consistently meets and exceeds its goals.

What You’ll Do:

As the GTA Manager Float at Wellwise, you’ll take full ownership of the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects our high standards of service. You’ll lead by example: coaching, developing, and inspiring your team to achieve store goals while fostering a positive, customer-focused environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strong leadership by hiring, training, and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Providing a safe and healthy environment for both staff and customers, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Promoting Wellwise in the community by building meaningful relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, referral sources, and agencies.
  • Managing daily store operations efficiently, including inventory control, administration, accounting, and loss prevention while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Executing marketing and merchandising programs, including retail pricing, Planograms, promotional flyers, and advertising strategies.
  • Identifying and implementing sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Leading contract execution and service delivery where applicable.
  • Assisting in the development of annual business plans and financial projections.
  • Creating and maintaining an inclusive workplace that values diversity and fosters a sense of belonging among team members.

  • A consistent track record of surpassing retail performance targets.
  • Strong financial skills, with the ability to manage expenses and increase profitability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive approach to community engagement and business development.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and retail merchandising.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with funding agencies and their requirements (an asset, but not required).
