WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prospect and connect with potential business clients through strategic outbound outreach
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Research prospects to personalize your approach and improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, lead prospecting, or cold calling (preferred but not required, we train the right attitude)
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software tools
  • Team player with a positive, competitive energy
  • No degree required, we value performance over credentials

WHAT WE OFFER

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary: $18- $22
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Performance bonuses
