Job Overview

We’re looking for friendly and energetic Servers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent guest service. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, answering questions about ingredients and dietary options.
  • Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues quickly.

Requirements

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in serving roles.
  • Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy.
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
