Full job description
Le chasseur de têtes joue un rôle clé dans la croissance de l’entreprise en combinant des compétences en marketing, vente et gestion. Son rôle est de cibler, attirer et accompagner les meilleurs talents, tout en assurant un suivi rigoureux auprès des clients et des candidats.
Responsabilités principales
Dotation et recrutement
- Identifier, cibler et approcher des profils types correspondant aux besoins de l’entreprise et de ses clients.
- Analyser et optimiser des CV afin d’améliorer la présentation des candidats.
- Effectuer le suivi des candidatures et accompagner les candidats tout au long du processus.
- Développer une relation de confiance avec les candidats et les conseiller dans leur cheminement de carrière.
Vente
- Négocier les contrats de travail des employés
- Assister et coacher les clients dans le processus de recrutement
- Assurer un rôle de "closer" en transformant les opportunités en résultats concrets.
- Maintenir une image professionnelle et percutante de l’entreprise sur les canaux de communication.
Relation client
- Assurer un suivi constant et personnalisé auprès des clients.
- Développer et entretenir des relations d’affaires durables.
- Comprendre les besoins réels des clients et adapter les solutions proposées.
- Être un partenaire de confiance en offrant un service rapide, efficace et empathique.
Gestion & admin
- Rédiger et présenter les offres d’emploi.
- Préparer les contrats et effectuer les vérifications de références.
- Tenir à jour la documentation et les dossiers administratifs liés aux mandats.
- Suivre et assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance.
Qualifications recherchées
- Forte intelligence émotionnelle
- Excellente communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec rigueur.
- Esprit analytique, proactif et orienté résultats.
- Aisance avec les outils numériques
