- Audit Multi-Level Kits: Validate complex kit structures (wheel hubs, rotary seals, valve blocks, wiring harnesses, electronic control units) against Bills of Materials (BOM) to guarantee total shipping and production accuracy.

- To understand all aspects of inventory control, stock levels, vendors and PO system, & receiving procedures.
- Optimize Kitting Operations: Apply Lean manufacturing principles to reduce material handling times and streamline the assembly of all kits.

- Mechanical Aptitude: Robust mechanical skills with a strong understanding of component assemblies & finished system kits.
- Attention to Detail: Hyper-focused on catching assembly and product defects, minor wiring pin defects, or subtle kit variances that compromise system reliability.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication to deliver constructive feedback to assembly teams and clear, high-level summaries to upper management.
