Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and analysis. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality management processes, uphold manufacturing excellence, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting precise inspections, collecting data, and maintaining quality assurance protocols to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and gauges.
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify defects, deviations, or inconsistencies in products or processes.
  • Collect, record, and analyze inspection data accurately to support quality assurance documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems, QA/QC procedures, and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspection results and non-conformance reports for traceability and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in developing and updating inspection procedures and quality documentation as needed.
  • Support audits and participate in root cause analysis for recurring quality issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality management, quality control, or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection instruments.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to inspection tasks.
  • Good communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Prior experience with data collection systems or software is preferred.
