About Us
itsGLO is a growing residential cleaning company serving homes and condos across Toronto. We're built on a simple standard: reliable people, consistent quality, and clients who trust us to get it right every time. As we grow, we're looking for experienced cleaners who take genuine pride in their work and want a stable, full-time role with real training and room to advance.

What you'll earn

  • Full-time cleaners take home $2,500–$4,000/month
  • Paid every other Friday
  • Quarterly performance bonuses

What the work is really like

This is active, hands-on work. You'll clean homes, and condos to a high standard, traveling between 2 properties a day across the Toronto. It's physical and it moves quickly — but no two days look the same, and you're never stuck at a desk.

What you'll need

  • NO car required. TTC commuting
  • Experience is required; previous experience cleaning homes, condos, or Airbnb / short-term rentals
  • Valid Canadian work permit or authorization to work in Canada
  • A smartphone
  • Able to do physical, active work for a full shift
  • Available 5 days a week

Pay: $2,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
