Vetio Santé Animale est une entreprise pharmaceutique de produits vétérinaires engagée dans la recherche, le développement et la fabrication de médicaments (CDMO). Nous intégrons le développement de produits avec la fabrication pharmaceutique à grande échelle grâce à l’approche Qualité -par - la - Conception. Notre mission est d’améliorer la santé des Animaux. C’est de développer et fabriquer des produits sécuritaires dont la qualité et la conformité rencontrent les plus hauts standards de l’industrie.
Ce poste consiste à aider l'équipe de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour l'achat de tous les matériaux et la distribution. Le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable de la gestion de la documentation logistique de bout en bout pour le processus des produits finis, la réception des matériaux et la coordination des stocks.
Principales responsabilités
- Gérer l’ensemble du processus d’achat pour les catégories qui t’ont été attribuées : examiner les demandes d’achat, obtenir des devis, passer les commandes et confirmer les livraisons.
- Tenir à jour et faire respecter les listes de fournisseurs agréés, la documentation des fournisseurs, les certificats d’analyse (CoA) et les dossiers de qualification.
- Surveiller les niveaux de stock et coordonner les réapprovisionnements avec le service de planification pour éviter les ruptures de stock et minimiser les excédents.
- Suivre l’état des commandes, accélérer les livraisons urgentes et gérer les problèmes de performance des fournisseurs ainsi que les mesures correctives.
- Préparer, vérifier et gérer les documents d’expédition nationaux et internationaux (factures commerciales, bordereaux d’expédition, connaissements, lettres de transport aérien, certificats d’origine, déclarations douanières, Incoterms).
- Assurer la liaison avec les transitaires, les courtiers en douane, les prestataires logistiques tiers (3PL) et les transporteurs ; suivre les expéditions et les accélérer si nécessaire.
- Veiller au respect des réglementations d’importation/exportation, des exigences douanières et des politiques de l’entreprise.
- Rapprocher les documents d’expédition avec les bons de commande et les factures des fournisseurs ; aider le service des comptes fournisseurs et résoudre les écarts.
- Tenir à jour les registres d’approvisionnement et de logistique, participer aux audits et produire des rapports réguliers sur les dépenses et l’état des expéditions.
- Participer au suivi des performances des fournisseurs (KPI), aux mesures correctives et aux initiatives d’amélioration.
- Veiller à ce que les activités d’approvisionnement respectent les exigences des BPF et des procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) internes ; aider les équipes d’assurance qualité/contrôle qualité (AQ/CQ) lors des audits et inspections des fournisseurs.
- Tenir à jour des registres d’approvisionnement précis dans les systèmes ERP/MRP (SAP/Excel) et préparer régulièrement des rapports et des indicateurs d’approvisionnement.
Qualifications
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en approvisionnement/logistique ; une expérience dans les formalités d’import/export et les formalités douanières est un plus.
- Connaissance des Incoterms, des contrôles à l’exportation, des documents douaniers et des procédures d’expédition internationale.
- Expérience avec SAP et excellentes compétences en Excel.
- Souci du détail, sens aigu de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois.
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles ; capacité à travailler de manière transversale.
- Connaissances de base en gestion des stocks, gestion des délais et stratégies d’approvisionnement.
- Fait preuve d’une approche proactive ; solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
- Bilingue (français et anglais)

Vetio Animal Health is a rapidly growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) dedicated to animal health; we integrate product development with full-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing through a Quality-by-Design process. Our mission is to develop and manufacture products that improve the lives of animals, while ensuring the safety, quality and compliance of all our products to the highest of industry standards.
This role is responsible to support the supply chain team in the purchasing of all materials and distribution. This role will own the end-end logistic documentation for our finished goods process, incoming materials and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end purchasing for assigned categories: review requisitions, obtain quotes, issue purchase orders, and confirm deliveries.
- Maintain and enforce approved supplier lists, supplier documentation, certificates of analysis (CoA), and qualification records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorder actions with planning to prevent stockouts and minimize excess.
- Track order status, expedite critical deliveries, and manage supplier performance issues and corrective actions.
- Prepare, review, and manage domestic and international shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airwaybills, certificates of origin, customs declarations, incoterms).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, and carriers; track shipments and expedite as needed.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Reconcile shipping documentation with POs and supplier invoices; support AP and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain procurement and logistics records, support audits, and produce regular reports on spend and shipment status.
- Support supplier performance monitoring (KPIs), corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure procurement activities meet GMP and internal SOP requirements; support QA/QC during supplier audits and inspections.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP/MRP systems (SAP/ Excel) and prepare regular procurement reports and metrics.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years procurement/logistics experience; experience with import/export paperwork and customs preferred.
- Familiarity with incoterms, export controls, customs documentation, and international shipping procedures.
- Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, lead-time management, and sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrates a pro-active approach; strong problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (French & English)
