Who You Are

Key Responsibilities

  • Prep and protect surfaces to a high standard before applying paint
  • Perform interior and exterior repaints using brush, roll, and spray methods
  • Repair drywall, caulk, sand, and patch as needed to ensure a smooth finish
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites with minimal disruption to clients
  • Communicate clearly with crew leads and customers throughout each project
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and timelines

Qualifications

  • At least 3 year of professional residential painting experience
  • Proficient in cutting in, rolling, masking, and basic surface repair
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Ability to work on ladders and exterior sites safely and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and ability to work independently or in a team
