Career Opportunity: Registered Psychologist, School Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Psychometrist

The North Star is seeking a dynamic, creative clinician with pscychoeducational assessment experience to join our thriving team on a full-time basis in sunny South Surrey/White Rock, BC. The successful candidate will possess an integrative, developmentally-informed and family-centred approach to assessment and intervention specializing in children and families with a broad range of referral concerns.

Requirements

  • Registered Psychologist (PhD level) OR eligible for near immediate registration OR well trained clinician with psychoeducational experience (you don't need to be registered)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents and families.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.

Founded by former career psychologist and author, Dr. Vanessa Lapointe, and co-directed by Parenting & Developmental Specialist Mr. David Loyst, MSc., The North Star is the destination private practice in Metro Vancouver for child-related support services. Our team offers children and their families compassionate and skillful support to address their needs through counselling, psychoeducational assessments, workshops and support groups.
