About Page One Management Page One Management is a Vaughan-based marketing and brand representation firm. We work directly with corporate clients to bring their products and services to consumers through live, in-person campaigns. We're known for developing people — most of our team leaders started in entry level marketing roles exactly like this one.

The Role We're adding a Brand Representative to our team in Vaughan on a full-time schedule. This is a customer-facing position focused on brand representation and direct consumer engagement at live promotional campaigns. No previous experience in sales or marketing is required — we provide paid training from day one and promote entirely from within.

What You'll Do

  • Represent client brands directly to consumers at promotional activations across the Vaughan area
  • Build genuine rapport with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right products or services
  • Communicate current offers, program details, and campaign information clearly and with confidence
  • Support customers through the full decision-making process from first conversation to completed purchase
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activity and customer interactions
  • Stay current on product knowledge, campaign updates, and active promotions
  • Take part in daily team check-ins and ongoing training sessions

What We're Looking For

  • A natural communicator who connects easily with new people — you hold a real conversation, not a script
  • Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to manage your own time in a field-based setting
  • Quick to learn and adaptable — you pick up new information and adjust to different environments without much friction
  • Customer service mindset — you genuinely care about leaving people better off than you found them
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to hit targets and keep improving
  • Full-time availability
  • Dependable transportation for daily on-site work in Vaughan
  • A background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is helpful — experience is an asset, not a requirement
  • Must be 18+
