With over 30 years of experience, our client has built a strong reputation in the development and construction of commercial, residential, and renovation projects across British Columbia. Recently, they have expanded operations across Canada and the US.
About the Opportunity
This is a national role ideal for an experienced and self-driven Project Coordinator who is comfortable supporting projects across multiple provinces, particularly in Western Canada and Ontario. You’ll assist with full project delivery ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining close coordination with superintendents, trades, clients, and consultants. This is a great opportunity for a Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys travel.
About the Position
As a Travelling Project Coordinator, you will support construction projects from start to finish, for new builds ($10M–$50M) of large-format retail stores, and mall/retail tenant improvements. You’ll coordinate internal and external teams, track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules, assist with procurement, and serve as a key liaison for clients and stakeholders. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organization, and the ability to work independently while travelling.
