About Chisholm Industries

Chisholm Industries is a well-established Alberta-based mechanical contractor with nearly 50 years of experience serving commercial, institutional, healthcare, and industrial facilities. Our purpose is simple but meaningful:

To grow great people, serve essential institutions and buildings with excellence, and be a force for good in our industry, our employees’ lives, and our community.

Our service culture is built around supporting technicians, building long-term customer relationships, and operating with professionalism and integrity—not pressure or shortcuts.

The Opportunity

Chisholm Industries is seeking an experienced mechanical service professional looking to take the next step in their career by combining technical expertise with estimating, customer engagement, and service project leadership.

This is not a traditional foreman role, nor is it a construction project management position.

This role has been intentionally designed to bridge the gap between our field teams, customers, and Service Operations by owning the lifecycle of service opportunities - from initial site assessment and estimating through project execution, customer communication, and close-out.

If you enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and want to develop the commercial and operational side of the mechanical service industry, we’d like to hear from you

  • Complete project close-out and turnover documentation.
  • Review project costs and profitability.

  • Provide technical support to Plumbing and HVAC/R field personnel.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and scope development.
