Annual salary: $ 131,100.00 - 165,800.00
Position Highlights
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Project Services, the Project Interface & Progression Lead is responsible for
leading program-level schedule integration, interface management and progression processes across the NCTL portfolio.
What you'll do
- Lead integrated program scheduling across all stakeholders
- Establish common scheduling standards and frameworks
- Manage progression meetings and alignment processes
- Coordinate interfaces across projects, phases, and stakeholders
- Integrate schedule, cost, and risk into decision support insights
- Provide executive-ready reporting and governance support
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices
What you bring
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline such as business, economics, applied science, engineering, or project
experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a capital project management organization or other related experience with
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.
- Experience working on major capital projects is considered an asset.
- Extensive experience in large infrastructure project and corporate scheduling
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis (equivalent tools)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
