Project Interface & Progression Lead (Construction Planning Specialist)

Hours of work: Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Flexible Work Role: Hybrid

Annual salary: $ 131,100.00 - 165,800.00

Position Highlights
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Project Services, the Project Interface & Progression Lead is responsible for
leading program-level schedule integration, interface management and progression processes across the NCTL portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Lead integrated program scheduling across all stakeholders

  • Establish common scheduling standards and frameworks

  • Manage progression meetings and alignment processes

  • Coordinate interfaces across projects, phases, and stakeholders

  • Integrate schedule, cost, and risk into decision support insights

  • Provide executive-ready reporting and governance support

  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices

What you bring

  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline such as business, economics, applied science, engineering, or project
management; preference may be given to candidates with a Master’s degree. An equivalent combination of education and
experience may be considered.

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a capital project management organization or other related experience with
extensive experience leading high performing teams.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.

  • Experience working on major capital projects is considered an asset.

  • Extensive experience in large infrastructure project and corporate scheduling

  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis (equivalent tools)

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
