Your efforts will directly contribute to our continued expansion and help position the company competitively across North America.

- Collaborate closely with operational leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive project planning and execution.
- Maintain and document the flow of project information between internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare conceptual budgets based on design concepts and client-provided information.
- Evaluate alternative methods, materials, and delivery approaches to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal departments and external clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost database, including labour and equipment rates, production rates, and installation methodologies.
- Continuously refine estimating processes, procedures, and guidelines for consistency and accuracy.
- Generate clear, detailed reports and documentation to support estimating and business development efforts.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in project documentation and plans.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum three years of estimating experience in traffic control, infrastructure, civil construction, transportation, utilities, or related industries.
- Experience preparing estimates and bids for government agencies, public infrastructure projects, utilities, or large private-sector projects is strongly preferred.
Benefits
