Job Summary
Save On Blacktop is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of asphalt, concrete, and civil construction projects throughout Greater Vancouver.

This position plays a key role in coordinating daily operations between office and field teams, assisting Project Managers, and ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and within scope. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is looking to grow into a long-term career in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, crews, equipment, and materials
  • Assist Project Managers with documentation, change orders, and job tracking
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and field staff
  • Track job costs, production, and project progress
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized project documentation
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Support safety and compliance requirements

Skills

  • 1–3 years of construction or project coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Construction background is a strong asset
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
