Make an impact as a Business Program Manager with our Business Advisory Services team. In this business-focused leadership role, you will help shape and accelerate our Digital, Consulting, and Enterprise Risk Services practices by driving strategic priorities, fostering collaboration across service lines, and enabling the business to operate as one integrated team.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead a portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives, translating priorities into measurable outcomes. Acting as both a program and project leader, you will identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and advance initiatives across people, process, performance, and growth. This is more than a traditional program management role—it is an opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen organizational maturity, and support the continued success of the practice.

This opportunity will support the Digital practice nationally and can be based from any of our major MNP locations across Canada. This is an in office position.
What You’ll Do
Program & Portfolio Leadership
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of a portfolio of business initiatives aligned to the Business Advisory Services strategic plan
- Act as both Program Manager and Project Manager, ensuring initiatives are well-structured, resourced, and progressing on track
- Establish clear roadmaps, milestones, and success measures for annual priorities
- Provide transparency and visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
Strategic Execution & Alignment
- Partner with Digital, Consulting, and ERS leadership to define key business priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Facilitate joint planning sessions to drive alignment across service lines and regions
- Ensure initiatives are integrated, eliminating silos and duplication while maximizing firm-wide value
- Drive accountability by tracking progress against strategic objectives and escalating where needed
Performance Management & Financial Oversight
- Define, implement, and monitor key performance and success metrics across the portfolio
- Provide ongoing financial tracking and reporting
- Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making and course correction
Integration & Collaboration Enablement
- Act as a connector across the business, strengthening collaboration between Digital, Consulting, and ERS
- Identify and address operational gaps, friction points, and inefficiencies
- Design and implement improvements to business processes, governance, and ways of working
- Champion a “one team” mindset, driving consistency and shared accountability
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify areas of challenge and opportunity across the business
- Provide oversight to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and deliver intended outcomes
- Drive business maturity across planning, execution, and performance management practices
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategic initiatives within a professional services or consulting environment
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and performance measurement
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes through influence
- Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including experience working with senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable results
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, dashboards, and financial metrics
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical, business-driven solutions
