What you'll do
Management (PCM). We are a dynamic group of professional managers accountable for delivery of Stations and PCB
programs focused on asset replacement, maintenance, PCB and NERC compliance.
As the Stations Electrical team manager, you will lead a team of work program managers accountable for the delivery and
coordination of Stations electrical programs that are focused on end-of-life asset replacements and addressing station
deficiencies. Examples of station electrical programs include circuit breakers, disconnects, instrument transformers, voltage
regulators, surge arresters, diesel gen sets and other station assets.
- Directly manage a team of work program managers with an overall goal of delivering approximately $70M of capital asset
- Foster strong relationships and high levels of engagement with electrical team members and associated delivery partners

What you bring
- Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or environmental sciences. Candidates with lower level qualifications may be
- 10 years of progressively more responsible project management related experience.
- Experience in utility projects or other similar compliance or regulatory work preferred.
- Project and/or Program Management certification preferred.
- A proven track record managing programs or projects within an electric utility, engineering firm, construction contractor or
