- Maintain a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Assign and monitor team resource deployment across multiple concurrent projects, adapting to changing priorities and business growth.
- Maintain records for certifications and training in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support leadership in workforce planning, and team development initiatives.
- Lead implementation and maintenance of a system for data and project management and scheduling using the Quickbase platform or similar.
Project Delivery & Technical Oversight
- Lead and support project teams in the delivery of corrosion control and integrity programs, including cathodic protection systems, electrical interference mitigation, inspections, and monitoring solutions.
- Provide and supervise project management support for both internal and client-facing projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, scopes, and execution strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate with project owners and stakeholders to prioritize competing timelines and ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate meetings, solve complex technical challenges, and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System, client specifications, and work order requirements.
- Initiate and oversee quality control checks to drive technical accuracy and excellence.
- Provide expertise in identifying, analyzing, and resolving engineering and project-related issues.
Client Relations & Business Development
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by applying expertise in corrosion engineering and asset management to support informed decision-making and optimize lifecycle performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner for ongoing corrosion and asset integrity needs.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through a proactive, solutions-focused, and client-centric approach.
- Prepare proposals, draft scopes of work, develop cost estimates, and support bids, budgets, and contract development.
- Work with a diverse client base across industries including oil & gas, utilities, transportation, water/wastewater, and industrial sectors.
Financial & Resource Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, bids, and cost estimates for project management activities.
- Oversee operational and project financials including timesheets, expenses, and project expenditures.
- Provide input into resource planning and forecasting for future projects.
- Assist with project scoping and contract alignment to ensure efficient project execution.
Standards, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training on administrative policies, procedures, and standards for project management functions within the company’s ISO 9001-certified QMS.
- Ensure alignment with organizational processes and coordinate activities across business units.
- Support initiatives related to QMS, IT systems, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience leading project management teams in asset integrity or similar professional services.
- 7+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, supply chain, construction, engineering, or related industries.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to competing priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimating, and contract support.
- Professional designation (e.g., P.Eng., CET, AMPP/NACE certification) considered an asset.
- Experience in sectors such as oil & gas, utilities, transportation, or industrial infrastructure preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Expected Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
