Full job description
Chase Office Interiors has an exciting new opportunity in the Lower Mainland based out of our Chilliwack office. We are looking for a positive, energetic office furniture and workplace client service representative to support our operations team as a Project Coordinator.
This position will start approximately on March 1st, 2024.
Language: English
Minimum Requirements:
- Project Management / Field specific Certificates (ie. PMP Certification)
- A minimum 3 years of progressive experience in client services and administration.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent English fluency when conversing on the phone.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations in change environments.
- Ability to manage various projects simultaneously by prioritizing project tasks to meet deadlines.
- Big picture thinking and vision.
- Attention to detail.
- Conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
- Responsible for order management, account inquiries, customer queries and project support.
- Data entry of orders and/or inquiries in designated systems.
- Manage logistics of placed orders including communication with peers and vendors
- Timely response to internal and external client inquiries.
- Handling incoming or outgoing customer calls and email communications.
- Partner with peers and project managers – optimizing cross-team relationships to drive excellence in client experience.
- Administer and monitor all order-related tasks and activities.
