Full job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives, drive executive stakeholder engagement, and oversee the successful delivery of complex AWS modernization programs across multiple business units.

Must Have Skills

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale cloud transformation and modernization programs.
  • Proven success delivering AWS cloud migration and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong program management experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams within large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership and business partners.
  • Exceptional executive communication, governance, status reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Experience driving strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment across technology and business teams.

Nice to Have Skills

  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project/program management certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience establishing PMO governance, operating models, and program controls.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and enterprise architecture best practices.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives on highly visible strategic initiatives.
