• Lead the operational cycle and service delivery of the Youth Housing Program, ensuring program models, contractual commitments, and established outcomes are consistently implemented across all homes.
• Develop and implement frameworks, processes, and initiatives that support quality programming, best practices, service consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and e4c programs to strengthen service delivery, enhance internal capacity, and reduce barriers for youth.
• Ensure youth receive individualized, relationship-based, trauma-responsive, and culturally responsive care that promotes safety, stability, well-being, development, belonging, and meaningful connections.
• Oversee individualized care, wellness, safety, and transition planning, ensuring youth voice, choice, strengths, identity, and goals are reflected throughout the youth journey.
• Monitor youth progress and outcomes through care plans, feedback, documentation, and established measures, ensuring youth have access to appropriate health, education, recreation, life skills, cultural, and community supports.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, development, and performance management to build an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team; ensure Site Managers and program leaders effectively translate program expectations into frontline practice.
• Oversee program safety, risk management, harm reduction, and critical incident response, ensuring appropriate follow-up, corrective action, staff support, and compliance with applicable licensing, accreditation, and safety standards.
• Ensure contractual, funder, documentation, reporting, and accountability requirements are met, using program data, youth feedback, outcome measures, and incident trends to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage program budgets and financial performance, facilitate program management meetings, support planning and reporting, and ensure resources are aligned with program priorities and objectives.

• Degree or diploma in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, Nursing, Education, Human Services, or a related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

• 7+ years of experience working with marginalized, high-risk, and vulnerable youth populations, including youth experiencing addiction, poverty, mental health challenges, trauma, and complex barriers.
• 5+ years of management experience, including staff leadership, program management, project start-up and expansion, and service innovation.
• 3+ years of experience working with First Nations populations.
• Proven ability to apply relationship-based, harm reduction, resiliency, trauma-informed, and solution-focused practices.
• Experience leading youth-centred, outcome-based services, including individualized care and safety planning, outcome measurement, quality improvement, and translating program and funder commitments into practice.
• Experience with budget management, accreditation standards, program evaluations, contractual requirements, and facility management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database applications, and general computer operations.
