We are currently recruiting for a Production Worker on behalf of our client in Red Deer, AB. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term potential with a growing manufacturing team.

Compensation

  • $20.00/hour to start
  • After a probationary period of approximately 3 months, candidates may be hired directly by the client (based on performance), with a pay increase to $24.56/hour

Position Overview

In this role, you will support the assembly of specialized equipment within a manufacturing environment. You will work across different areas of production, assisting with mechanical assembly, subcomponents, and system installation while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with assembly of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
  • Support chassis preparation and modifications for equipment builds
  • Complete kitting and sub-assembly tasks
  • Install and fit components following blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate part tracking and organized workspaces
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and direction from supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and PPE standards

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
  • Miniumum 1-2 years previous manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
