Product Advisor – West Edmonton Volkswagen

Looking for a job where Mondays don't feel like Mondays?

We're searching for someone who loves people, enjoys a challenge, and isn't afraid to chase big goals. If you're the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone, gets excited about winning, and believes work should actually be fun, keep reading.

Welcome to West Edmonton Volkswagen – one of Canada's top-performing Volkswagen dealerships operating out of our state-of-the-art facility. We don't just sell cars; we create experiences, build relationships, and celebrate success together.

Whether you're an experienced automotive professional or someone with the drive to become one, this is your chance to join a team that's passionate, supportive, and always pushing for more.

What You'll Be Doing

Helping customers find the perfect vehicle that fits their lifestyle (and maybe making their day in the process).

Following up with clients through calls, emails, texts, and social media like the professional relationship-builder you are.

Becoming a product expert who knows Volkswagens inside and out—because confidence sells.

Building long-term relationships instead of one-time transactions.

Hitting goals, celebrating wins, and constantly looking for ways to improve.

Working with an energetic team that believes success should be shared and achievements should be recognized.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You genuinely enjoy talking to people and making connections.
  • You have a competitive streak and love chasing goals.
  • You're coachable and always looking to improve.
  • You can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • You show up on time, take pride in your work, and bring positive energy every day.
  • You're comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems.
  • You carry yourself professionally while still being approachable and authentic.

Automotive experience is fantastic, but attitude, work ethic, and personality can be even more valuable.

What's In It For You?

Unlimited earning potential. Our top performers don't settle for average, and neither should you.

Comprehensive benefits after a successful six-month probation period.

Industry-leading training and mentorship to help you grow your career.

The opportunity to work for one of Canada's top-performing Volkswagen dealerships.

A team culture where hard work is rewarded, successes are celebrated, and no two days are ever the same.

Compensation

$50,000 – $150,000+ annually

This range is intended as a guide. Your income is performance-based, meaning your effort and results directly impact your earnings. For those who are motivated and driven, there is significant opportunity to exceed the listed range.

Why West Edmonton Volkswagen?

Because life is too short to work somewhere boring.

We're building a team of ambitious people who want more than just a paycheck. We want teammates who want to grow, laugh, compete, celebrate wins, and help create an incredible experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

If you're looking for a place where your personality matters just as much as your performance, we'd love to meet you.

Bring your ambition. We'll provide the opportunity.
