Dental Software Consultant / Sales Rep

About HexaDent

HexaDent System Inc. is a Canadian company specializing in dental space optimization and supply management.

We recently launched HexaDent SupplyHub, a digital platform designed to help dental clinics simplify inventory tracking, supply organization, and purchasing workflows.

We are looking for motivated and personable Dental Software Consultants to introduce SupplyHub to dental clinics across Canada and help them get started with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with dental clinics and introduce HexaDent SupplyHub.
  • Demonstrate the platform and explain how it can improve daily inventory and purchasing workflows.
  • Assist clinics with account registration and initial onboarding.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to help dental teams use the platform effectively.
  • Build positive relationships with dental professionals and identify opportunities for continued engagement.
  • Share customer feedback with our internal team to support ongoing platform improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the dental industry is strongly preferred, including dental assistants, hygienists, treatment coordinators, office administrators, or dental sales representatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable learning and demonstrating digital platforms.
  • Self motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or software onboarding is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of dental clinic inventory and purchasing workflows is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay of $24 to $40, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Initial commission for each successfully onboarded dental clinic.
