On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Strategist for a one-year role. This position is remote, with a preference for Alberta-based candidates but open to anywhere in Canada.

Change Management Strategist - Job Description:
The ultimate goal of the Change Management Strategist is to create and execute change strategies that drive business results. This role involves coordinating and aligning all executives, stakeholders, partners, and experts to create a holistic change strategy for clients, as well as readiness strategies that prepare team members for successful change adoption.

Change Management Strategist - Responsibilities:
  • Drive behaviour change by creating and executing change strategies
  • Coordinate and align executives, stakeholders, and partners
  • Develop readiness strategies for team members
  • Use data and insights to inform change strategies
  • Communicate effectively to promote a clear vision
