ID Technology Canada is seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our production team in Mississauga, ON. This role focuses on operating multi-colour flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality label products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate multi-colour flexographic printing presses to meet quality and production standards
• Set up and tear down press jobs based on job specifications and production requirements
• Load master rolls, monitor press performance, and make adjustments to ensure consistent print quality
• Inspect output and troubleshoot issues related to print quality, registration, and color consistency
• Remove finished rolls and waste materials safely and efficiently
• Clean ink systems and press components between runs
• Accurately record production data, including run times and footage
• Package finished products in a neat and organized manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Who we’re looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience operating flexographic printing presses
• Experience with multi-layer printing, peel and reseal label production, and turn bar applications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production instructions
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with color matching and print quality
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, using appropriate lifting equipment as required
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Additional Details:

• $30.00 – $40.00/hour, based on experience
• Compressed workweek — Fridays off year-round
• Overtime opportunities
