Full job description

Sign Manufacturing / Production Worker

Location: Concord, ON

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Experience: No experience required – on-the-job training provided

We are currently hiring Sign Manufacturing / Production Workers to join our team. The primary responsibility is to assist with the manufacturing and assembly of signs. We have various roles available for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn new skills.

No previous experience is required, as training will be provided on the job. Candidates with relevant technical, manufacturing, or creative skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with manufacturing, assembling, and finishing signs.
  • Use hand tools and power tools as required.
  • Perform vinyl application, packaging, wiring, and LED installation tasks, depending on the role.
  • Assist with painting, cutting, fabrication, and other production activities.
  • Follow instructions, production specifications, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accuracy, good workmanship, and attention to detail.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

  • No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
  • Valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) and eligibility to work in Canada are required.
  • This is a formal payroll position; cash payment arrangements are not offered.

Experience in any of the following areas is an advantage:

Manufacturing & Technical Skills

  • Power tools and sign fabrication
  • Vinyl application and packaging
  • Electrical wiring and LED installation
  • CNC machine operation
  • Spray booth painting
  • Forklift operation
  • Welding and soldering

Computer & Design Skills

  • Basic 3D modelling and 3D printing
  • Adobe Illustrator and graphic design
  • Microsoft Excel

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
  • Full-time, permanent employment
