Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Technical Designer / Fit Technician to join our growing fashion team. This role will support the development and production process across multiple product categories, including menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain technical specifications, measurement charts, and tech packs.
  • Conduct garment fittings and evaluate fit, construction, and quality.
  • Record fit comments and corrections, prepare detailed reports, and communicate revisions to overseas and domestic manufacturers.
  • Review and update garment specs throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure product consistency and quality standards.
  • Monitor sample development and follow up on fit approvals and corrections.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Excel and PLM systems when applicable.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Design, Fit, or Product Development within the fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience preparing technical comments and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple categories and work in a fast-paced environment.
