Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to keep workflows efficient and service exceptional.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently.
  • Maintain clinic presentation, organization, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Track inventory, equipment, and supply levels, and manage ordering.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Spot and act on opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience.

  • Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, leading service recovery when needed.
  • Monitor client feedback and act on it.
  • Drive client retention and relationship-building.
  • Hold the team to consistent service standards.

Business Performance

  • Drive the clinic toward its performance goals and KPIs.
  • Own end-to-end KPI management for the clinic — tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics (revenue, retention, conversion, and service KPIs) on a regular cadence to regional leadership.
  • Track operational and financial performance and flag opportunities for improvement.
  • Build a culture focused on growth, retention, and service excellence.
  • Support promotions, events, and business development activity.
  • Use reporting and data to inform planning and decisions.

Professionalism & Compliance

  • Lead with integrity, professionalism, and accountability in every interaction.
  • Protect the confidentiality of employee, client, and business information.

  • Communicate clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams.

All other related reasonable duties and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct management or supervisory leadership experience, with a proven track record of coaching, motivating, and developing a team — healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or retail preferred.
  • Experience tracking, managing, and reporting on business KPIs (financial, operational, and client experience metrics) to drive clinic performance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A track record of coaching, motivating, and developing others.
