The HVAC General Manager (HVACGM) is responsible for the overall administration, management, supervision and operations of the HVAC Division (fabrication, installations, and servicing). The HVACGM will also act as the liaison between Administrative Program Managers/Coordinators to ensure continuity of files from intake to report submission. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to equipment and material ordering; job file review in coordination with the lead technician prior to scheduling; post installation/service call review for quality assurance; and strong reporting and communication to the Service Delivery Manager and other key stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities:

• Review file upon receipt from Program Managers/Coordinators to ensure it is ready to transfer file to dispatch. This will be in collaboration with the Lead Technician and Schedulers
• Review Service Call intakes and coordinates any parts required along with reviewing the file with the Lead Technician. Work directly with the management as needed (the HVACGM reports directly to the SVP, Construction).
• Multiple Heat Pump/Large Project Installations oversight and collaboration with respective staff and assurance of the Project File being up to date.
• Coordinate and procure any approved equipment and materials required for installations and communicate with warehouse personnel to ensure product readiness when required.
• Oversee and review the dispatch schedule with the Dispatcher to ensure optimization in time management and delivery of the highest possible service standards to the client.
• Review Job Files post installation in the event of scope change for quality assurance.
• Timecard & Payroll review and adjustments as required. Responsible for reviewing Heat Pump Timecards and submit once approved by 9:30am every Monday morning, in Service Titan.
• Co-Manage the Heat Pump Dispatch, as a direct report. Required to meet weekly/regularly with Dispatcher, to support organizational needs. Some tasks are able to get delegated to direct reports as needed.
• Execute and uphold and Health & Safety initiatives
• Manage and oversee inventory controls and process pertaining to the department
• Field supervision and quality assurance inspections on division jobs.
• The HVACGM is the lead on bigger projects that are assigned from management.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for this position.
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the organization.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
