Gregg Distributors LP founded in Edmonton, Alberta is a well established and growing industrial supplies company that has been serving Western Canadians for over 58 years. Gregg Distributors LP distributes products across Western Canada to the industrial, agricultural, automotive and heavy truck sectors. We base our business on customer service, competitive pricing, product knowledge and product availability.
We are expanding our Customer Service team at our Lethbridge Location. We aren’t just looking for standard order-takers – we are looking for high-energy, hands-on people persons who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a team environment and want a career with an industry leader.
At Gregg’s our employees are true ambassadors for the company and play a huge part in building relationships with our customers. This position offers a stable, consistent Monday to Friday day shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities: What will you do?
This is a dynamic, high-energy role that splits time between the front counter and the warehouse floor:
Face-to-Face Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers and contractors warmly, helping them identify, select, and purchase the correct parts or products. Be the Expert!
Order Processing: Handle cash, credit, and account transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) and inventory systems.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our inventory and product lines to offer accurate technical advice and spot upselling opportunities.
Make it Happen: Hit the warehouse floor to safely and accurately pick and pack the customers order with a high level of urgency.
Safety First: Keep yourself and your teammate safe by actively following our top-tier company safety policies.
