UBC Hiring Solutions provides temporary administrative, clerical or executive assistant support to UBC administrative and academic departments located on Point Grey Campus, Robson Square, and several hospital sites. As a temporary employee with UBC Hiring Solutions, you will be placed on full-time assignments (35 hours per week) which will vary in length, pay, location and work arrangement (onsite full-time vs. hybrid).
Assignments will also vary in terms of the work performed; however, typical duties and responsibilities will be focused on the following areas:
- Office Administration
- Executive Assistance
- Reception
- Program Assistance
- Student Information Support
