FAIRVIEW INVESTMENTS LIMITED is an established real estate developer. We are currently accepting applications for Residential Carpenters/Framer.

By applying to this job, you acknowledge and understand the requirements & demands of this job include but not limited to:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
  • Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials
  • Standing for extended periods of time. Regular use of body to bend, crouch, kneel, etc.
  • Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
  • Erecting, leveling, and installing building framework
  • Ensure adherence to safety and compliance codes
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures
  • Other related duties as required
