Full job description

Dough Eyes Pizza is lookimg for cooks to join our team for our upcoming launch this spring at 530 Pandora in Victoria, BC. As part of the Vinuel Restaurant Group—operators of Cafe Brio and Brasserie L'Ecole—we are dedicated to providing memorable guest experiences using the best regional products.

We are seeking hard-working team players who are passionate about pizza!

Key Responsibilities:

- making delicious pizza

- Produce naturally fermented pizza dough for a busy pizza shop

- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, handling, and sanitation protocols.- Manage efficient packaging and maintain an organized workstation.

- hand-stretching dough

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a sourdough bakery or pizzeria is preferred.

- Experience with natural fermentation is helpful

- Skills in hand stretched New York style pizza, focaccia, and other styles of pizza
