As a Production Graphics Technician, you will create, produce, and apply high-quality graphics, decals, labels, and marketing materials for manufactured equipment. You'll operate large-format printing and plotting equipment, utilize graphic design software, apply vinyl graphics, and ensure all finished products meet quality standards and production deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on production work, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality finished products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Create, edit, and prepare digital artwork for production using graphic design software.
*Set up and operate large-format printing and plotting equipment, selecting the appropriate materials to ensure high-quality output.
*Weed, mask, trim, and prepare vinyl graphics for installation.
*Apply decals, labels, and graphics to equipment, signage, and other surfaces with precision, ensuring proper alignment and a professional finish.
*Detail and label manufactured equipment prior to shipment.
*Produce marketing materials, product labels, flyers, manuals, and other printed documents as required.
*Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing, plotting, and finishing equipment, and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
*Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while ensuring adequate inventory of production materials.
*Support other production activities and assist with additional duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*Experience operating Gerber printing and plotting equipment or similar large-format print and plot systems.
*Proficiency with industry-standard graphic design software.
*Experience preparing and applying vinyl decals and graphics to a variety of surfaces.
*Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work.
*Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing or production environment.
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet production deadlines.
*Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
*Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues are considered an asset.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
