· Prepare technical assessments, reports, maps, figures and presentations to support exploration activities and decision-making.
· Apply scientific knowledge and independent judgment to technical decisions, interpretation and problem-solving.
· Oversee work performed by less experienced geoscientists and contractors, and provide coaching and technical development.
· Complete data entry and data management functions as required and maintain accurate exploration records.
· Ensure Company and industry standards are followed in exploration activities and comply with regulatory health and safety requirements, Company policies and environmental requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will bring:

· Demonstrated experience designing and managing mineral exploration programs; a track record of exploration success or discovery is considered an asset.
· Strong experience in core logging, geological interpretation, surface mapping and sampling, and exploration target development.
· Structural geology skills are considered an asset.
· Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
· Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare and present comprehensive technical reports on geological findings.

· Ability to work in remote and challenging environments and meet the physical demands of field and core-handling work, including carrying equipment or samples weighing up to 45 lbs and handling core boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Valid driver's license and ability to travel to exploration projects and operating sites as required.
