Typical Full time position shifts:
5:15am – 1:15pm (MON to FRI)
12:00pm – 8:00pm (MON to THU)
7:00am – 12:00pm (SAT)

Typical Part time position shifts:

5:30pm-8pm (Mon, Tue, Wed)
8:15am-11:15am (Sun)

Director of Coaching & Operations

$70,000 – $100,000 / year (salary + commission) , 5 days a week, 40 hours

The leader responsible for staff performance, culture, and revenue growth.

  • Coaches 12-15 sessions per week
  • Manages staff members
  • Key contributor to sales and leadership

__________________________________________________________

Client Success Manager

$60,000 – $80,000 / year (salary + commission), 5 days a week, 40 hours

The heartbeat of the client experience and retention engine.

  • Coaches 25 sessions per week
  • Manages client communication & admin
  • Oversees billing, metrics, and retention systems

Head Coach

$50,000 – $60,000 / year (salary), 5 days a week, 40 hours

Deliver elite coaching experiences and be the engine on the floor.

  • Coaches 25 sessions per week
  • Executes retention systems
  • Supports admin and content tasks

Assistant Coach

$25 – $30 / hour

Deliver consistent, high-quality coaching sessions

  • Coaches 6-10 hours per week
