Full job description

Bulger Insurance has been a family-owned independent insurance brokerage since 2001. Our mission is to build lasting relationships with our clients by earning their trust and respect, while providing expert risk management strategies and comprehensive Personal & Commercial Insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus primarily on personal lines sales and service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Enter and update client information in Epic and other company portals.
  • Prepare documentation such as applications, policy changes, and issue binders.
  • Obtain and provide quotes for clients regarding their insurance needs.
  • Manage policy renewals by reviewing and updating client information and coverage options.
  • Build customer relationships and meet designated insurance sales targets.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate the enthusiasm and motivation to learn and grow within Bulger Insurance.

Requirements:

  • General Insurance License Level 1
  • Exceptional social skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong sales initiative and drive

Asset:

  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance
  • Experience with Applied Epic

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
