Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.

  • Improve client satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze sales pipelines to forecast success.

  • Collaborate with team members while maintaining accountability for results.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client data and provide regular updates.

  • Participate in training to continuously build skills and industry knowledge.

Experience/Qualifications

  • RIBO license required

  • 3 years of experience in the insurance industry

  • Compu quote ( Applied Rating Services); Epic experience an asset

  • Strong customer service background with conflict resolution skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage complex client needs

  • Experience in account management or sales within a target-driven environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet goals

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting
