Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles and hands-on experience with various engineering tools and methodologies.

Duties

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Create and analyze schematics to ensure proper assembly and functionality of mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee the assembly of mechanical components, ensuring adherence to specifications.
  • Integrate robotics into manufacturing processes to enhance automation and productivity.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with welding processes is a plus.
  • Understanding of robotics applications in manufacturing settings is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
